A groundbreaking collaboration between Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie (FCP) and CEDE ARUBA, designed to strengthen cultural participation in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom. This two-year pilot program, backed by a €1,000,000 budget, focuses on talent development, cultural engagement, and capacity building within the creative sector.

- Fair pay principles, ensuring local artists and cultural practitioners receive fair compensation for their work.
The program supports over 50 cultural and social organizations in Aruba and Sint Maarten, with funding dedicated to fostering a stronger, more inclusive cultural landscape.
